*all Weddings booked in the Heartwood include planning sessions and a photo session *Rentals include up to 200 chairs, 13 round (5′) tables, and 8 rectangular (6′ long) tables. *any reception will have access to our catering kitchen |

| Grove Rental Half day (up to 4 hours) | $250.00 | |
| Grove Rental Full day (4 to 8 hours) | $450.00 | |

*When considering a half or full day rental, please consider set up and tear down. If your programing is 4 hours you will need to rent the space for a full day. *Any rental providing Food & Beverage will have access to our catering kitchen and be charged a $150.00 non-refundable use/cleaning fee. |
